Speaking
The same expertise.
A different room.
I speak to organizations, leadership teams, and business groups about the psychology behind how people lead, work together, and build trust. The content is grounded in research, but the delivery isn't academic. Audiences leave with language for something they'd been sensing but couldn't quite name.
What I Speak About
Leadership and
Self-Awareness
Why personality and blind spots can shape leadership more than strategy does, and what to do about it.
Conflict and Trust
What's really driving recurring conflict on a team, and why most solutions miss the actual cause.
Motivation and Performance
Why people don't always want what their leaders assume they want, and what that means for performance.
Family Business Dynamics
The relational complexity unique to businesses where the personal and professional are impossible to separate.
What Makes My Speaking Distinctive
I speak the way I teach. My goal is always to take something complex about how people work and relate to each other, and explain it clearly enough that it actually sticks.
People walk away with specific, usable takeaways, not just a new way of thinking, but something they can put to work.
Format and Logistics
I'm available for keynotes, panels, workshops, and shorter sessions like lunch-and-learns or leadership team trainings. Format and length are typically tailored to the event, anywhere from a focused 20-minute keynote to a more interactive half-day workshop. I'm based in Grand Rapids and happy to travel.
